Prize Announcement:
Euro Cup ticket winner will be announced on 1st June 2024.
AC winners will be announced on 30th June 2024.
TV winners will be announced on 20th July 2024.
Winner Notification:
Winners will be notified via SMS or email.
Winners will also be listed on the Hisense India website.
Address Confirmation:
Winners will be asked for their address via their registered mobile number or email.
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not claim the prize, or confirm the address within 7 days of notification, Hisense reserves the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.
Prize Delivery:
Prizes will be delivered to the winner’s doorstep within 28 days of address confirmation.
Decision of Hisense India:
Hisense India team’s decision regarding the competition, participant eligibility, and winner selection is final.
No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
Publicity:
Winners agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, along with their entry.
Cancellation of Competition:
Hisense India reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside its control.
Tax Deduction at Source (TDS):
TDS at 30% on reward products exceeding 10k shall be borne by the respective winner.
Winners need to submit PAN Card copy, Name as per PAN, and email ID.
General:
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
No cash shall be paid in lieu of gifts, and no request for exchange of gifts of equivalent value shall be entertained.
Hisense reserves the right to modify or withdraw the scheme at any time without notice or to provide any other gift of the same value. Hisense's decision regarding the same shall be final and binding.
Taxes and statutory levies as applicable shall be borne by the recipient of a gift. The recipient shall pay the amount of applicable taxes and submit PAN proof to Hisense India before claiming the gifts.
Employees (including part-time employees) of Hisense India Pvt. Ltd., including affiliates, agents, authorized dealers or franchises and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible for participation.

Hisense will not share or sell any personal information provided but may transfer/share the personal information to Hisense affiliated companies and gifting partners for the necessary purposes to fulfill the offer.
Dispute Resolution:
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of New Delhi only.
Prizes (EURO CUP Ticket):
The Ticket is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash, monetary value or for any other form of compensation.
If for any reason a Ticket is not available, Hisense reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute that Ticket for another of equal or greater value.
Ticket Winner shall be solely responsible for their travel arrangements to Germany (including any visa costs) for the relevant EURO 2024 fixture and no assistance whatsoever will be provided by Hisense in connection with this. In the event that the Ticket Winner is unable to attend a EURO 2024 for any reason, Hisense will not (i) replace, substitute or transfer the relevant Ticket and/or (ii) reimburse any expenses incurred by the Ticket Winner in connection with the Ticket or compensate the Ticket Winner in any way. Each Ticket will be invalidated automatically when it expires on the date stated on the Ticket.
Any costs incurred by a Ticket Winner incidental to a Ticket are the responsibility of the Ticket Winner and not Hisense. For the avoidance of doubt, the Ticket does not include:
transportation, including to and from airports (from India to Germany and vice versa), and within Germany;
travel insurance, any medical insurance; or
the reimbursement of any costs and expenses (including but not limited to expenses incurred in connection with visa applications, accommodation, travel taxes, food and beverages and other events or activities).
Hisense shall not be liable for any mishaps, injuries or accidents that occur in the course of the delivery or usage of a Ticket by a Ticket Winner.
Each stadium or venue hosting the EURO CUP 2024 has the right to refuse entry and/or to eject any person who does not adhere to its terms, checks and requirements.
Tickets are for personal use of the relevant Ticket Winner. Each Ticket Winner agrees not to:
resell, transfer, or offer to resell or transfer any Ticket, whether for free or for any other considerations;
use a Ticket for any promotional, advertising, fundraising or any other similar commercial or non-commercial purpose;
use a Ticket as a prize (or part of a prize) in any contest, competition, (promotional) game of chance, lottery or sweepstake;
combine and sell a Ticket as part of any package of goods or services or any travel or hospitality package (such as combining airline tickets, accommodation and Tickets); and/or
advertise, promote, distribute or sell any product or service anywhere in the relevant stadium or venue, including by displaying obvious commercial messages on clothing or articles brought into the stadium or venue.
Hisense reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse the Winner’s, claim for a Ticket, to disqualify them from the relevant Promotion(s), and/or to claim back any Ticket awarded to the Winner, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the relevant Participant has:
failed to comply with instructions of Hisense, EURO CUP 2024 or any other relevant body;
misused Hisense’s intellectual property rights;
made any misrepresentations (negligently or fraudulently);
abused the relevant Promotion in any way;
acted in a manner that is abusive, dangerous or anti-social or that causes a nuisance; and/or
engaged in any illegal or criminal activity in connection with the Promotion.
By participating in this contest, each participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these T&Cs and by their participation in the contest, each participant agrees to be bound by the T&Cs. Mere participation should not be perceived as any commitment on the part of Hisense India to select a participant as the winner. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Hisense India to conduct further, similar or other contests in the future. By participating in this contest, the participants also agree and confirm that they are legally eligible to participate in this contest and are of such legally permissible age.
